In the present day and age those individuals who have expert knowledge are most wanted and
respected. People who have learned from scratch have business skills at their proposal which are effective enough to meet our modern society´s needs. For almost 40 years I have worked as a real estate agent and as the Director of the wellknown "Moenchengladbacher Frühjahrsausstellung" (1977-1997). As an owner of two Spanish-Italian furniture shops and as an observer of international stockmarkets since 1985, I have kept myself informed. I believe this is the right moment to become involved in this exciting and rapidly expanding field rather than leaving it completely to the young. We are taking on the challenges of the internet.
